The Gym AC has been fixed and is now working!

Gym AC Update: The board has reviewed multiple quotes and has chosen a vendor to replace the AC unit for the Gym. The repair work is scheduled for Thursday 3/28. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s patience so we could ensure the right equipment was purchased at the best price possible.

Gym AC
Driver’s License Scanner
We are excited to announce the release of a new driver’s/license scanner technology for our kiosks. The new scanner improves the visitor experience and helps to speed up verification within the visitor lane. We are starting the process of deploying this next week and it has been designed to be easily retro-fit into the existing kiosk on-site.
This is a completely free upgrade for the community with no cost at all. Some of the key features:
- No mechanical or moving parts so no chance of ID’s getting stuck inside
- The slot is angled 20 degrees so pushing your ID into the slot uses gravity to fully seat it inside
- The scan happens in 5 seconds (half the time of the current one)
- Once complete you simply reach under the scanner and slide the ID back out (manually)

ARB Fee Updates
The Newly Elected Board of Directors voted to eliminate the $475.00 fee for structural ARB applications and to set all ARB Application fees at $75.00 effective March 14, 2024. The updated form is available under Community Forms and Policies.
Clubhouse Dumpster
Dear Community Residents,
When utilizing the dumpster located in the Clubhouse parking lot, please make sure that your trash bags are properly tied closed and that your trash is making it inside of the dumpster. Please make sure that you close the dumpster lid and the dumpster gate when you are finished disposing of your trash. Thank you for your cooperation.
