Please join us on Saturday, December 3rd from 3 PM – 6 PM for our annual Holiday Party featuring music and local food trucks. Our food truck vendors this year are El Taco Grande, Lee’s Famous Cheesesteaks and Wings and Smoke in the City Barbeque. Desserts will be provided by Riviera Bella’s own Tory’s Donuts and Happy Howie’s Ice Cream.
There will be a DJ for your enjoyment and the children can write a letter to Santa. Word has it that Santa will even write back to them!
To be sure we have the correct amount of food we will be collecting a REFUNDABLE deposit of $5.00 per person to a maximum of $20.00 per household to reserve your spot (exact change, cash only please). You will receive this deposit back the day of the event at which time you can keep it or you can choose to donate it to the DeBary Fire Department who will use our donations to buy toys and gifts to be given to a needy family (or families) for Christmas.
Please deliver your deposit in an envelope with your name, address, phone number and the number of adults and the number of children on the front of the outside of the envelope to the Clubhouse Coordinator (Judy) during regular business hours.
Please note, this event is open to Riviera Bella Residents only. Receipt of this deposit confirms your reservation.
At the event you will receive an envelope with your original deposit and one ticket each for an entree and a dessert for each member of your party. Redeem these tickets at the food trucks. The entree ticket is valued at $13.00 and should cover most entrees on the truck including a beverage. If you did not make a reservation in advance, or would like to purchase additional food from the trucks, you may pay the trucks directly.
Deadline for your online reservation is November 28th. A link to do so will be provided in a separate posting. In the meantime, feel free to drop off your deposit at the office by no later than November 30th to reserve your spot. Please make note that if an online reservation is made but the actual deposit is not received by November 30th your on-line reservation will be canceled.
We would love to see you all this year so please mark your calendars and get your deposits in. If for some reason you cannot get those deposits to the office please feel free to let me know (Diane Shrigley at 407.252.7331) and you can drop them off at my home at 601 Via Chris Court.
