We are excited to announce that the Board of Directors for Riviera Bella Master Association has recently engaged Leland Management to assist in managing the affairs of the Association. Effective June 23, 2018, Leland is your resource for matters relating to the community and they are eager to help you in any way possible.
In the next few days, you will be receiving information via mail from Leland Management with general information and your account information. Leland Management has setup a password protected Web Portal for our community association. The Portal will allow you to access your account and to set up payment options. Account balances will not be shown until records are received and uploaded which may take up to 30 days after transition.
Please do not send July Assessment payments until you receive new payment options. New quarterly assessment coupon books will be sent to your home within the next 2 weeks.
IF YOU HAVE YOUR PAYMENT SET UP FOR AUTO PAY OR BILL PAY WITH YOUR BANK, PLEASE MAKE THE APPROPRIATE PAYEE CHANGE SO THAT YOUR PAYMENT IS RECEIVED BY LELAND MANAGEMENT. Please click here for instructions for proper processing.
You can access the HOA Property Management Web Portal by going to “Your Account” on this website and selecting Leland Management. Search for Riviera Bella in the “Resident Login” box. Please follow the instructions provided to setup your user login. (this is necessary for first time users). To create your login, you will need your unique Account Number which is being mailed to your home in the next few days.
