We wanted to update you on our recent efforts to resolve the issues with the splash pad gate. Envera was onsite to address these concerns; however, their work was unsuccessful due to an outage with our Internet Service Provider (ISP).
To effectively resolve these issues, we have scheduled a follow-up appointment for Wednesday, August 28, 2024. During this appointment, Envera and AT&T will work together to address the gate concerns. We expect this coordination will lead to a prompt and comprehensive solution.
